Returning your Kukoon rug? No problem! Please note that Kukoon returns will be processed directly through the Kukoon returns portal online, and cannot be returned to an EZ Living Interiors store or distribution centre. This ensures a streamlined and convenient process for you.

Here’s how you can get your refund:

  • Head to the Kukoon returns portal and start by filling out the quick returns form.
  • Get return instructions. Expect an email from Kukoon’s Customer Care team with instructions on how to return your item.
  • Pack your rug. Don’t worry if you have disposed of the original packaging. Simply use sturdy bin liners to protect your rug in transit. Roll it with the top pile facing inwards, roll it on the shortest side for easier transport and secure it well.
  • Refund process: Once your rug has arrived at the Kukoon warehouse, our team at EZ Living Interiors will be notified. Your refund typically will be issued minus any collection fees within 7 days, but this can vary depending on your bank. Please note that collection fees do not apply to damaged items or instances where you have received the wrong item.

Refund Policy

All returns are checked upon receipt at Kukoon’s warehouse to ensure they have been returned in a satisfactory, re-saleable condition.

Upon satisfactory inspection of the returned item:

  1. Kukoon will notify the team at EZ Living Interiors to process a refund. We will complete this within 7 days, please note that this may vary depending on your bank.
  2. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used.

We do not accept Kukoon returns at our stores or distribution centres. To ensure the most convenient experience for you, please follow the Kukoon returns procedure via their portal.

We offer delivery within 48 hours on all Kukoon orders. If you would like to cancel your order, please notify our team within 24 hours to allow sufficient time to process your request. Failing to do so will result in a collection fee as we cannot cancel your delivery whilst in transit.
